Room Pricing – Rates quoted are for single or double occupancy. Some of our rooms can accommodate more. There is a $10 per day charge for each additional person in the room. Room rates may vary for Holidays and Special Events.
Deposit – All reservations must be secured by a deposit of 50% of the total lodging cost with taxes. Any outstanding balance is due upon check-in. The deposit can be paid with cash, check, or credit card (that must be received within one week of booking the reservation). We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Minimum Stay - There is no minimum night stay
Cancellation Notification – If your plans change and they require that you cancel your reservation with us, we will gladly refund your deposit provided that we are given 14 days notification of the cancellation prior to the confirmed arrival date.
Reservations cancelled between 7 and 14 days prior to the confirmed arrival date will be refunded 50% for the total lodging cost with taxes.
Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to the confirmed arrival date will be responsible for the entire reserved stay. This is also true for “no-shows”.
Quiet Time – Quiet Time is between 10 pm and 6 am
Pets – No Pets
Lost Keys – There is a $25 charge for each set of room keys lost or not returned upon check-out.
Smoking – There is no smoking allowed in any guest rooms or on the grounds. Evidence of smoking in guest room or common space will result in an additional $250 minimum cleaning fee.
Dishonored Check Fee: $35 + Bank Charges
Private Event Booking – We are available for special events such as weddings, reunions, workshops, retreats, etcetera. Please contact us so we can help you plan your special event.
Guests are liable for any damage or loss to property, or should extra cleaning be necessary.
Management is not responsible for accidents/injuries on property premises.
Guests must obey all federal, state, and local laws in addition to the rules and restrictions of the property owners.
